ROB DAVIDSON

Rob Davidson serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Concept Matrix Solutions and is a member of the Board of Directors of Cure Pharmaceutical. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Hemp Industries Association, the oldest nonprofit organization representing hemp as an agricultural crop.
Prior to his role at Cure Pharmaceutical, Davidson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Innozen Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Gel Tech LLC, and Chief Executive Officer of Bio Delivery Technologies Inc., while also serving on multiple corporate boards throughout his career. He has played a significant role in the development of numerous drug delivery technologies and commercial brand extensions across both prescription and over the counter healthcare markets.
Davidson is widely recognized for developing and launching the Zicam™ brand within the Cold and Flu category, which was later acquired by Church & Dwight in a transaction valued at approximately $700 million. More recently, he led the sale of several Cure Pharmaceutical patents in a transaction valued at approximately $20 million.
Throughout his career, Davidson has worked with major consumer healthcare and wellness brands including Chloraseptic™, Suppress™, Pediastrip™, and Solves™, a private label electrolyte oral thin film distributed through major drugstore chains. He has also developed performance and wellness products used by professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, and MLB.
Davidson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and holds a Master’s Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University, a Master of Public Health from American Military University, and a Master’s degree in Health and Wellness from Liberty University. He earned a Doctorate in Health Sciences from Oklahoma State University and completed postgraduate studies in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. He also attended postgraduate studies in Nanotechnology at the University of Oxford.
In addition, Davidson is a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has spent several years working and volunteering in developing nations throughout Central and Latin America, where he pursued doctoral studies in Public Health with a concentration in Tropical Diseases. During this time, he collaborated on public health education initiatives focused on cholera prevention in Haiti. Davidson has also served as a public health consultant and volunteer with organizations operating across several African nations.
In the consulting sector, Davidson has advised multiple fitness and wellness companies including Malibu Pilates™, Power Pilates™, and Ab-Cycle™, as well as nonprofit organizations such as Operation Underground Railroad focused on combating human trafficking.
Davidson holds more than 70 patents related to drug delivery systems, with additional patents pending, including patents related to proprietary exercise technologies. He has also authored multiple scientific publications. Patents and publications available upon request.
